Besides can they even stop her? We have already seen she is quite capable of dispatching monsters/bandits and I highly doubt these technologically/magically regressed barbarians can even stop her if they tried. Also, she is a Terran human if she really wants to she can bring in modern weaponry as well.

She tolerating way more BS from these people then she should have.

• She is possessed by the ghost of a dead alchemist from the long past
• She proclaimed the existence of zombies/undead
• She somethingsomething leylines somethingsomething knowledge archive
• She used magic on noble kids without a legal court-order (during the apprentice/archive testing)
• She claims to be able to do alchemy at a sharlatan level (except unlike sharlatans, she actually can. but laws often don't actually care about that, as they get written by somehow with a sharlatan problem and no evidence of it being possible to do for real. i.e real anti-"medium" laws)

Not at all. Religion is the idea. Cult is the implementation. Church would be the other word for cult. (While the implementation can be based on other ideas than religion. Such as cults/churches centered on people (politicians or musicians, usually), or conspiracies, or ideologies.)

Pretty haphazard actions from the church. They are stepping on the king's toes. By trying to arrest someone under the king's direct protection, the church is basically spitting on the king's face. It's impossible for the king to accept such an attack, lest he's soon not the highest authority in the country. The church leadership can expect a nice little reformation if they aren't careful.
