I got a feeling that at some point that og Rudeth would finally move on from his grudge against his family and disappear, or the dad of mizuho finally convincing him to forget about his grudge of his daughter before mizuho father disappear.

Yeah, it might probably become like in the Ore no Shibou Flag manga, where the MC might be able to find a middle-ground where he and the OG persona can function as one. After all, Rudeth's brother was the one who cursed him after all. Maybe if he manages to kick that brother out of the picture, the OG persona can finally achieve peace.

Had to check a previous chapter and no, that girl wasn't the 'heroine' to the otome game this world is based from. I think this 'Anne' is the 'Angie' from the last chapter that Rudeth's brother ordered to investigate him. I don't think causing a lethal 'accident' was included amongst her orders, but she was surely doing so to earn higher praises. Quite the little bitch, she is.
