We've seen similar levels of regen on stuff like the centipede tbf. And this is "legendary undying dragon" so I would hope the self healing is better than the centipede

Edit: Also the high restoration procs for like 200 health too, and given that an independent head does that? Our boy is hard to kill

if i remember right, MC beats him up to an inch of his life, then lets Adhoff deliver the finishing blow (while also showing how corrupt the Hero really is). he tried to do a "everyone can get fucked as long as i take down this ouroboros" move via a summon (this is where the Swarm King Contractee title skill comes in), but then the summon got no diffed via instant death by second head.
