One of the many problems I have with this manga (and many other battle isekai types) is that the author feels compelled to make up a ton of special moves for everyone. The problem is that since we've never seen them before, they have no real impact. Our first introduction is just them being called out, and some messy action panel.

Like I know the author is thinking "this is gonna be so cool and impressive", but it's not because it's just some random words. We have no context to understand if it's a high effort thing for the character to do, what they're putting on the line, or what effect it would normally have on an opponent that doesn't just tank everything.

Like if out of nowhere I go "I used my flambadinga but it hardly made a dent!", that's meaningless. It doesn't matter if I know that it's a super powerful attack because you, the audience, don't. It's just some nonsense. And this manga is absolutely full of it. There's a dozen characters basically all saying "random bullshit go!"

The only case where we really do understand the intent, effort, and stakes is with Fran and Master. And sometimes there even appear to be consequences--oh no, the blade broke! Oh wait, nevermind, I was wrong. It immediately healed and there are no consequences. Sigh.
