Get the raw pages from Pixiv which are are 1351x1921px (example page), make sure you get the full size images and not the sample size ones (844x1200px, hit the magnifier when hover over image to see full size). You'll have to redo cleaning & typesetting and then you can edit the chapter to replace the images.

I have solved and updated it by getting rid of the transparency, but the tips definitely help. Thanks a lot man!
