Now all he needs to do is make copies of himself and sell them as all purpose gatherers and crafters.

Wait... if this slime can store the blueprints in his body, isn't he quite literally using Unlimited Blade Works to duplicate the weapons?

Sup bartender, nice to be back here..

I was out consuming up-until-Season-2's worth of Tensura's anime and light novels. The differences in how stuff happened are fun to witness ngl

In the LN, Rimuru showed a chunk of magisteel then shut himself in a separate room for three days to remake the swords... coming out five minutes later with the job already done.

In the anime, Kaijin was also shown the magic ore chunk, finding out after closer inspection that it's magisteel. But the sudden act of Rimuru eating the sword and duplicating them on-the-spot without the need of a separate room must've originated from the manga's creative liberties. It's a small difference, but a fascinating (and welcome) one to find out.

That's it, bartender. Thanks for the meal & drink. Be back in a few chapters 🍻
