@4stjack the LN is a huge improvement over the WN...one of the best things they did was remove the uber BS brainwashing/mindcontrol plot from the story, among other stuff they changed

If it got removed then I am glad as I don't like these kind of things. Was it supposed to happen in this arc?

@BagramPl i honestly forgot but i think it was around here where that plot began, it was in regards to the kids, they got brainwashed and Hinata had a hard time rescuing them(Rimuru told her everything) nearly got killed by Chloe i think who remained brainwashed and to be used against Rimuru...overall a beyond dumb plot. They changed it so he has Anti-Skill Unique skill instead which while pretty op isnt as broken i feel like some godly brainwashing power
