Hmm. Haven’t read yet, but on another note, I’ve seen this one story where a device is stuck to someone that makes them regress in age. A year per second. She was scared and was calling her husband for help. It rewrote the brain as she regressed. As she regressed she felt this pressure on her head as she tried and kept her memories, and after a certain age something snapped and she forgot everything. The device fell off but it was too late. A shame.

I came by the story, but I also hate it and wish I had never seen it. And now I share with everyone else this horror.

”Bring her to the church or something.”
Puts her on a grave in the graveyard next to the church
I mean, I guess she followed instructions… But damn, if she DID misinterpret it or did it so that she wouldn’t get caught… I mean, for the former, rip that she’d be put in a life-or-death scenario just from her klutziness/ditziness/inability to follow instructions. She seemed to like them too, so damn.

It’s more or less just the family that would get in trouble instead of the maid—and while she would be out of a job (presumably), what’s that compared to the life of a baby?? Like, damn. So what if they said to keep a low-profile afterwards?? Not like they specifically told her to ditch them in a place where no one would ever hope to find her without a miraculous coincidence happening (which it did, bc plot armour, ig.).

She could’ve just left her at the church’s doorstep and be done with it instead of dishing out a death sentence to a 5-month-old baby… Why even apologize while running at that point, lol.

Plus, not like she had no choice.
She could’ve easily taken her in to live with her instead and stowed her away if she weren’t a live-in maid. Honestly, might’ve been though considering how she was there at night… so I guess that’s a no-go.

Still though, there are probably equally discreet ways of handling this without putting her life in jeopardy, but plot ig 🤷.

Abandoning an infant in the snow just because she was bald is genuinely crazy. The couple must be mental lol
Root cause, I guess, yeah.
If she weren’t bald, the husband wouldn’t accuse the wife of cheating and she would’ve handled this whole situation much differently than how it actually ended up.

Let's see how this one does it, apparently she is not overpowered? no demon king around either...
Nah, spontaneous overpowered MC’s are always possible this early on. Don’t jinx something you don’t want 🤷, lol.

Post-partum depression is a very serious condition that happens to a lot of mothers. They aren't mental or bad. If anything, I feel sorry for the mother. She had it while having to deal with an unsupportive and abusive husband.

If anything, I blame the father
Yeah… he literally broke her apart instead of being supportive over the slow and agonizing course of maybe just over 5 months. This whole situation could’ve definitely been avoided if they were…

Plus, underlying stuff like his insecurities probably had to do it with. It doesn’t just happen. I mean, I guess it could, but more often than not is it not the case. It would’ve surfaced with or without her baldness one way or another. Legitimately a ticking time bomb, rip.

On a lighter note, imagine. This whole ordeal wouldn’t’ve even happened if she just had hair… If only. Why why why…!!

No, but, plot-relevant baldness is crazy tho fr ;v.

Next chapter time, see you then lol.
