He could, if he would. It doesn't seem overly likely, though, as he's not in a habit of cracking skulls whenever someone crosses him. And because of that, people who don't intimately know him would underestimate him. If he, as an adult in the future, was placed in charge of some office or site, unscrupulous people could easily deem he's soft. They could do things they shouldn't do, certain that Alfred won't make a big deal out of it. However, if Alfred had a scarier reputation, they wouldn't dare to.

This was my point, not so much what he's actually capable of. Nobody can even imagine his true power. But then again, he's not that old yet. Technically he should always have some people around him who would make sure nobody disrespects him too much. That would be the last thing he'd want.

Yeah, the last thing he'd want, because then he'd actually have to get off his lazy ass and do some work.

Being diplomatic and seeking a win-win business deal without allowing others to take advantage of you... is hard work!

What, you can't expect him to use his magic power to go play cop and enforce the law, right? As a noble, there are people for that. The only time his magic will be truly indispensable is in war time.
