I kind of hate how much everyone just bully Al.
I dislike far more how Al just lets it happen. He's powerful with his magic and previous life's long life experience, so he wouldn't need to suffer the bullying. Even the maids bully him and thus give him zero respect and face. But he simply lets it all slide for the sake of his "slow life". It's difficult to understand how such a life can be his paradise. Especially when he still carries a trauma from his past life where he was the toy and fetcher for his three sisters. But after all this, I can always remind myself of the first chapter where the MC, in his past life, simply walked in front of the truck, killing himself. He's just that kind of guy. He keeps living in silence, never protesting no matter how he's treated, until he can't take it anymore. Then he kills himself. A pretty sad case.
