Anyone else feel like it is super odd to have a debut for someone who isn't even past the age where you can die from a flu or giardia? Like, I thought debut were supposed to happen at the age wherein you were presumed to be able to comport yourself well in society.

I know this is not the correct word, but for simplicity’s sake, I’ll use the word “magic” here.
They have healers that can use healing magic, or at the very least, create magical remedies or tools that do. And the nobles are rich. It’s probably just a drop in the bucket for them to pay for someone to heal most of these common diseases. The survival rate of noble kids is most probably very high… unless they have rare eyes like MC, where this debut will probably be postponed because of the high risk of kidnapping.
