It didn't seem like an ending to me (although I read this chapter a couple of year ago on batoto.) The mangaupdates status is hiatus, just like the mangadex page states I can only hope that the mangaka gives us some more chapters, as this is one of the most adorable manga I've come across. It seems particularly pertinent to the American political situation of the past two years. (Yes, I'm an American, although I have actively resisted the latest political situation by vote, contribution, and loud, vulgar voice!)

This has been on hiatus since 2012 and the author seems to be currently working on other serieses so I doubt he is going to come back to this one
