Phil sure ended up being one classy guy. Was really respectable how he directed Koume to wise up and go praise her dad for all he was doing. Plus, he handled the baby reveal at the end real well (of course helped along heavily by the lessons he learned in the mahjong game), though helps a ton that Omu was such a good woman. Really happy for them.
