From the title same. I actually REALLY like the where the author might be going with this since Xiao Lu's mom seems more angry about the lie and seeming manipulation rather than her daughter being gay and into furry stuff which is a lot more understandable. I think something that gets lost all the time in works where parents are portrayed like this is that parents are people to with their own issues and flaws and Xiao Lu's mom seems to have some baggage that needs sorting that's straining their relationship though granted they do seem to love and care about each other it's just that it's messy and complicated.
