This story was in my bucket list from the Similar Work, the story "Masturbation Master Kurosawa" had similar topic about bullying, but got off the rails since last volume and went from rather good depiction to deepest bottoms of trash. Hope this one is better.
Anyway, Yokoi seems to be introverted or at least that's what the interaction looked like in school or family, either he chosen to be isolated or was by the people. Doesn't look like he is a successful artist, drawing porn as it just sells better is a good way to show how it is.
Saitou has definitely Asperger's, she ain't dumb as she deducted where Gesui lives by little information he posted online.
Cutts on her wrist could be from an actual suicide, but also through depression (feeling pain, as it's only thing that connects to real world) or last way of seeking help through attempted suicide.
Her being "care free", as going to Gesui without thinking about risk of being exploited, stepping into the house, even taking off clothes right away can be a sign of already reaching the breaking point and having nothing to loose, might as well being completely unaware of repercussions of behaviour.
I like how Saitou reviewed the stories about bullying, it's a difficult topic that usually is solved in stories "magically" right away by most dumbest way, it's not an easy thing to do, neither it can be fixed eventually. Hope at least in this story she may progress just a little or have some comfort.
I really like Saitou design, fish like eyes behind glasses, two tone hair cut short and keyhole sweater is pretty darn adorable.
