@Raudhbjorn I can't really answer you in any relevant manner without spoiling future chapters, concerning their circumstances in particular.

Generally speaking, however, it would be a massive bother to go to some public bath every time you wanted a shower. How cheap could they be anyway to be called cheap seeing how often a sanitary person needs to shower? Maybe if they had a system like for 2,500 yen you can visit as many times a month as you want. That would be quite excellent, especially if there was a sauna and everything. Kind of doubt it.

as an autistic person this is refreshing to read. her portrayal is a little stereotyped (definately fitting the aspergers stereotype but that diagnosis doesnt exist anymore) but it's still pretty decent, theres also not a lot of female autistic representation out there so its good to see some.

Lmao. I don't if I should feel creeped if I was placed in his situation or have a laugh on how strange this all is if I was in his situation.

I love how straightforward she is, doesn't hide her "bad" sides and goes straight to the point, without being ashamed.

Took only a week in highschool to try killing herself, people must have treat her horrible... I don't want to know how.

Saitou is absolutely stoked she found her "soulmate", really like how she is happy just watching Yokoi work as usual, it's what she wished for to see someone who made a story that she loves.

Must protect that smile at all cost! She's adorable.

Am I the only one who would like to be watched like that when falling asleep?
Sure it felt weird for Youki as they just met and he doesn't know her, but I would find it very comforting to know someone who loves me deeply do that.
When you go to sleep you're leaving yourself absolutely defenseless, now we have a house/apartment, doors and windows keep us safe, but back then we let others who we trust mutually to keep us safe.
