At first I was questioning why everyone saying that meme was bi (I won't deny it but I was still a lil confused) but now I'm thinking... Or one of them realized they were actually a man (statistically likely in a pool of 100 to have one, but that's absolutely not happening in this story lmao). It's just that the title is 100 Girlfriends, so we're never going to see Rentarou zing on a guy. Like, there's no way.

Thus, Rentarou is effectively a 0, but it's like a Schrödinger's 0. Or you could say a 1, but the incident in which he would be in a homosexual relationship will never appear.

To be more specific - in order for an image to show up online, it must be accessible online.
Since MangaDex doesn't provide image hosting¹, and since computers require specific software in order to serve their contents to the web², you have to upload the picture to a server that provides the required service - after which you can copy the address to the hosted image and share it where you will.

1) Besides manga, profile pictures, and other such things relevant to the services offered by the website. No hosting for arbitrary images, regardless - at least as far as I'm aware.

2) Without it, you'd basically be answering the question "where do you live" with something like "the last room on the left on the second floor" (or even just "bedroom", in either case describing the location of a room in the house/apartment without its address) - and even with the requisite software, the picture link would only work when the computer was both connected to the internet and running the software.

I really appreciate how the author seems to intend the family to be an equally interwoven polycule, NOT a harem. There's so much more love that can go around, AND it's way more interesting and funny as an ongoing story, when the characters aren't just solely arranged around Rentarou like spokes on a wheel. Bisexuality and polyamory are incredibly valuable evolutions from the mostly kinda lame "harem" genre of the past.

I would not predict Rentarou will date a normal cis gay boy, but I can totally see some gender ambiguity getting thrown into the mix. If he can date a cat, he can at least date a femboy or drag king.

Ig you're right, honestly, thinking about it, it's not like it would even be that out there. I'm just so conditioned to not expect any queerness from media that isn't explicitly queer, esp manga. There's already girls making out in this series though so like, it's not completely out of the realm of possibility like I was making it out to be. Idk, I still wouldn't expect it, but I suppose it's not impossible.
