I was listening to HANE from Umineko when I got to that last page, and, honestly, it fit the scene with Rentarō perfectly, somehow. Rentarō probably couldn't solve Umineko, though. Probably.

I like how Nozawa-senpai drew the monk always smiling and happy but the dialogue is him screaming like a drill sergeant.
Mei and Iku were not a combo I saw coming but this chapter was great.

I know this manga isn't about favorites but I feel like this sets Iku apart from other GFs because that mindset is exactly how Rentarou thinks as well.

Not that being different is a bad thing, but I think she'd relate to Rentarou more because they are similar. A lot of Rentarou's personality is how much of a monster he is when it comes to effort.

IDK about that she genuinely just loves pain because it lets her think she's growing stronger but at an extremely unhealthy rate Rentaro wouldn't deliberately let himself get hurt unless it was to help his girlfriends
