If you're Mai and Mei as family, you're actually missing one set. In chronological order, we've got Hakari and Hahari, Rentarou and Chiyo, Kusuri and Yaku, and now Mai and Mei. At this point, any time Rentarou is meeting some family member, I'm assuming that a new girlfriend is getting introduced. You can't have a Rentarou Family without the "Family!"

There's a fine line between "closeted feelings for someone I admire" and "insane passion towards being a little sister figure to someone I admire".
