The fact that they had a whole chapter about weaning the girls off of the "seriously addictive cabbage" a few chapters ago in which they even likened the addictive qualities to cocaine, but they can't let the underage members of Rentarou family even PRETEND to be drunk without a disclaimer and in-world explanations for why they they appear to be drunk says a lot about the inane censorship that Japan does.
On the other hand, if you've watched enough anime or read enough manga, you knew the whole "serious kids beer" thing was not going to fly from the beginning, so the fact that they were able to pull off a "drunk" scene with minors at all was pretty impressive, and the whole process of getting there was pretty amusing. Only in a manga that breaks the fourth wall as much as this one could pull of something like that.
I'm super drunk, so every panel of this manga was just hilarious to me XD
