Y’know she might be high maintenance, but you can be 100% certain she wants your company. Now let’s be thankful she isn’t a yandere… hey wait now that I think about it, that’s a trope we don’t have yet… oh my God, we’re getting a yandere at some point in the future aren’t we? Dear lord I don’t think the world is ready for a yandere meets Rentarou’s love kind of situation.

Mimimi showing how beautiful she is inside and out this chapter, but man you can tell she had no idea it would be so tough. Though now that everyone is taking part, I don’t think Usami has to worry about being too clingy, there are literally too many people for her to be together with that she can’t be too overwhelming to any of them, hell she was getting overwhelmed just trying to keep up. Now just you wait until we have 100 girlfriends, she won’t ever have to worry about being too clingy again!

She's super cute, but tbh a mega clingy extrovert(?) like Usa might be a nightmare match for an ultra introvert like me 😅

She's basically a yandere, minus the crazy-part, but if she's this clingy (and being one of the girls in the harem) she's already a bit crazy already.

Good thing there's a harem to spread the clinginess around.
You can drop the question mark, irl this would be the socially awkward extrovert, who are rare but exist. Looking for and needing attention but not knowing anything about limits or social norms.

Mimimi-san really made a 180 character-shift from her debut.
I wanna clear the air for a minute about her.
The manga itself refers to her as a narcissist, but she really, very much isn't. Full of herself? Absolutely. An egotist? Definitely. A narcissist? I simply do not think so.
A real narcissist, who thinks of nothing but themselves, would not sit there and listen earnestly to Usagi-chan-san about her problems and then come up with a solution to said problems that not only do NOT benefit her in the short-term, but benefits someone else (both Rentarou AND Usagi) long-term. That isn't narcissist behavior. A narcissist wouldn't give a single fuck about anything Usagi says and then attempt to either end the conversation quickly, or pawn her off onto someone else.
Being with Rentarou and his family really did change something in her for the better. When they first met, she was extremely self-absorbed and looked down on everything and everyone less pretty than her. It's really endearing to see her come to realize that behavior like that just isn't beautiful, but ugly and vain. Honestly it's great characterization.
