Probably because anything else he could say about them isn't suitable for television and he'd rather not run the risk of either of them getting arrested.

Yeah, everyone jokes about Hahari going to prison, but people seem to forget Hakari has at this point drugged the entire family and multiple times tried tricking Rentarou into sexual situations, with the whole joke about her calling Hahari out being that she's just as bad if not worse than her mother multiple times. Looking at you Chapters 103 and 205. Since Rentarou is so forgiving its fine, but for anyone else that's a case of sexual misconduct at best.

The horny Hanazono's in general would be at risk of going to prison were it anyone but the Rentarou Family.
