ever wordend what the shoujo equivalent of a OP mc is? look no more its this bland manga where everyone with any importance adores her, the king falls in love with her immediately without any actual interaction and the bad guys are as one dimensional as they get. does not deserve its rating.
I can definitely say that the plot and art can be considered infantile and simple, however i do find myself quite enjoying it.
It has that relaxing slice of life feel to it, no major plot or difficulties so far (or problems that could actually be considered problems)
It’s characters are fairly one-dimensional and the plot is also fairly basic, but I find myself really enjoying the series none the less. It’s just a calm manga to read.
In short, a soothing back to basics manga that’s worth the read.
I don’t see how someone can not love this! It has romance, comedy (srsly, it’s hilarious!) , and lately every chapter gives a sense of fulfilment! The MCs are good too, especially the FMC is seriously amazing! Worth looking upto! I can never imagine giving it a rating less than a 10!
- hope this review helps!
This is so nostalgic. It reminds me of the shoujo I liked to read in middle school. It’s flowery, bright, has good intentions, and is kind of ridiculous, in a good natured and friendly sort of way. I love it.
Seems generic, feels like it’s your perfect, unwavering and happy go lucky mc that moves people’s hearts. Still, I’ve only read chapter 1 but it hasn’t left a good impression on me.
Hmm, yeh, read up to chapter 3 and it’s not growing on me. If the king was to choose a consort and make them a queen, I feel that the 31st is the worst choice possible. First off, even if she doesn’t expect nor want to be chosen, she should at least have the slightest bit of shame/dignity on the off chance that she could be chosen (which, let’s be honest, she will cuz she do be the mc). Second, she seems like the type to not give up on “helping the people” and while doing so, might not actually help the people but instead hurt them. I have a little more reasons but I can’t explain/express them.
Well, in the end, this is just a manga and of course, thing like choosing a suitable queen all depends on the feelings of the ml (which I know is very important in of itself) instead of the kingdom.
Before reading the pile of texts below, note that I am (insert whatever u think I am) and I’m sorry for possibly angering/annoying u. Not that I think that there’s really anything anger/annoy worthy but on the chance that there is, sorry.
One last minute opinion of mine, I’m disappointed in the ml for falling in love with the mc cuz if he were to go to probably the slums or smthin and she meets a girl that works hard for her brother on her own or smthin he’d probably fall in love with her. Well, this isn’t rlly limited to just this manga, I’d bet that there are other manga out there with this generic mc and generic ml and generic side characters and generic antagonist, not that genericness is a bad thing, there are a lot of manga that are good even tho generic, this just doesn’t appeal to me
