Yeah this problem... I'm from Vietnam and rich people LOVE. LOVE. LOVE buying dogs like husky, malamute, chow etc to show off. These types of dogs really do NOT deal with Vietnamese summer and hot weather well. Tons of skin problems, which lead to their owner abandoning them (yes they abandon expensive dogs when the dogs turn ugly and their skin problems too much to deal with).
