Out of pure curiousity, when I was on another manga site, I saw the 79.2 chapter and now chapter 80 are on there. It looks like the quality and work by No Group Scanlation, but if that's the case, is there a reason why it isn't on Mangadex? Or is it just another group posting on another site?

which I know based on the website has a lot of stolen scans and all that, mixed in with actual scans and other scanlations that post there, but the quality and translation work really did seem familiar to the the past scanlation group so it got me wondering

you were probably reading the official English release that gets posted on MangaUp.
the official English release is a simpub, meaning it releases at the same time as the Japanese chapters come out.

we release as soon as we finish working on the chapter.
we only release on Mangadex.

ahhh I was not aware of that! and Thanks for the clarification! I will continue to wait patiently on here to read whenever a chapter comes up
