This manga is doing a good job of introducing handsome men, making the readers excited about possible shipping, then destroying those men's images right in the next chapter. Sigh.
What if everything is actually a test for her. Putting her with two hot guys to see if she can resist temptation. Giving her ridiculous requirements and acting in such a way to test her judgment or something. Just a whole bunch of smoke and mirrors to test her in various ways.
Why is it, that every damn MC seems to be completely incapable of normal human interactions with the opposite gender in all of these - like in what fucking universe have they been living in where the opposite gender simply doesn't exist for it to actually be that fucking bad?
I bet archbishop's gonna be like "she not good enough, need to be blonder and bustier" or something, he strikes me as exactly that type of fussy bi*ch. I can't believe that it would be resolved that quickly considering the story's name itself.
@Siikalahna I think you make a good point and many mcs in stories are guilty of being incapable of interacting with the opposite gender. However, I think in this case the mc has valid reasoning behind it. She was living for 6 years in a village and from chapter 1 seemed more than capable of talking calmly with the village chief and his son. But she was thrust in a situation where she is basically talking with superstars in a closed environment. I'm pretty darn sure that if you put me in a room with someone famous such as Bill Gates or Taylor Swift and expected me to have a 1 on 1 conversation, I would be anything but calm, never mind expecting me to hold a coherent conversation.
