Because a) she's only a 3 star and so leveling up is easier
and b) because she's using a nearly sucidal training method to get results. It's like getting shot at by real bullets just to prepare for the battlefield.

I think the actual training method is meant to be a high-risk, high-reward type, especially since she's only a 3 star.
Besides, the MC went from no star to 5 star in like 12 hours right after waking up, so I don't think she's a match in any way.

@Geohie You say it’s a dangerous method, the story sad it was dangerous, and yet surprisingly there doesn’t really seem to be much danger to it. She spit blood, okay, mc was in a more dangerous state in the start of the story when he got beat up by those punks.
I hope to see some consequences now that they have been set up.

this chapter was just bullshit, so first you said you were showing it to her, she should not imitate but just watch, okay...
and she is doing right away anyway, but at least consequences

and she, who knows nothing, can just copying ths dangerous method? if the backlash entails spilling blood that means internal injuries she really shouldn't be okay after a few times

agree on all @buecherwurmin's points. a load of rubbish
could easily throw in a few panels to make it believable, like having the 3 weeks include a 10 min water/bio break every day, or having her copy him without dying by only doing it a little bit of her mana at a time at first and working her way up while taking advantage of the perfect example that's right in front of her 24/7, or lots of downtime and healing magic or something in between failed attempts, etc.

Hate filter makes everything look like nonsense, huh? But then again, I've been there myself with other series, so I shouldn't blame the haters too much.
Nothing in these chapters seemed especially outlandish to me. Frey already noted Isabelle is highly talented. She was just lacking good training methods because the word has forgotten them. But even so, 3 star apparently is pretty good among her peers. She's also doing nothing here on her own since apparently see can see exactly what Frey is doing with some mana vision. I imagine if you just read about this from some moldy scroll, it might easily cause a person to self-destruct. There are a whole lot of things in the world that are much easier if you have got a person show you exactly how it's done and you can just try to replicate the actions. That might be the crucial difference making her only somewhat damage herself, not explode internally.
I'd like to think that when Frey told her not to try to copy the method, in fact he meant that if she has got the determination, she should go forward with it. If she didn't, he would judge her not worthy. Nobody's going to stand at the top by only following orders. Frey/Lucas himself wants to defeat the tyrant overseeing the world, the demigod. We have already seen he didn't get where he did in his previous life by only following orders.

@buecherwurmin Right? MC was such a dickhead. He was saying he's gonna show her what to do and not imitate him but then just does it for 2 fucking weeks? Like do it for an hour, then stop and guide her, dickhead. Or just don't bring her if it's a pain.
