How can Frey act like he's a guest inside his own mind? I feel like this was exceptionally poor writing, especially considering how long he was previously stuck in place and tortured by the Lord, so he's hardly an amateur at being subjected to pain. yeah honestly disappointing how this went, all the build up of how he's stronger and he gets bitch slapped in the first move followed by straight up being tortured in his own body and head.
