As someone who read the WN I can indeed confirm that they can have kids with a human. And yes, that kid will be 100% human since its explained that in human form, dragons have the exact same reproductive system as humans. So no, to anyone wondering there will be no eggs.

True, however this comic is going on a different route compared to the WN so its possible that things are very different. Well, chapter 83 Serena will say she never heard of human and dragon having children so we never know. It's very possible that the world building will be a lot different compared to the WN (It already is)
