all i can say is....
why so cringe?
the generic bully doesnt seem to be doing a lot of terrible things aside from beating MC up
releasing a bunch of monsters sounds bad but we never saw how normal ppl's level can go up against those monsters, so all i got was, wow bad monsters, many monsters, mc lv low, scary...
other than that
the plot seems to have already developed a bunch before the start of the story
i dont mean its a bad thing, but a properly laid out writing with something the readers can base off of, would be better
as it is now, the story is just all thrown together like kids playing action figures
just smash together and call it a day

a good example of decent layout of diving into a plot that is already developed :

Tsuihousareru Tabi ni Skill wo Te ni Ireta Ore ga, 100 no Isekai de 2-shuume Musou

where it doesnt simply tell u what mightve happen, it leaves crumbs of what might have, and leaves u thinking in interesting ways
not only that, it also tells u what happened in a previous timeline, and MC going back to fix his or his friends' mistake, solving the ultimate problem etc, then have a surprise at the end of the first chapter(or world) i highly suggest ppl to read, its good lol

Stereotypical doormat JP protagonist. Some petty bully tortured then tried to kill the main character for no reason other than some poorly defined inferiority complex, and would have gotten other people killed in the crossfire if not for the MC discovering a secret to his skill that no one could have known about. The MC's response is "it's not worth it to stay mad at him".
