I really want them to appear, but i don't think it's gonna happen this soon. Author is probably gonna drip feed things related to them for a while before we see any of them. At the start of the manga we saw Saitou, then Dying Breed, maybe next we'll see another side character like the lady who was a festival manager. It seems very purposeful to me that despite numerous music name drops no character has mentioned BECK yet, it's clear he's keeping that under wraps for now.
