There's so much to keep track of. In short:

Ji Bai: Is either hibernating or his personality may have been merged with Bai Ji's. Either way, it seems that Bai Ji is mostly, if not entirely, in control of their body now (although she can't transform back into a vampire at the moment).

Bai Ji: She sees herself as a vampire and has taken on the role as being the queen of the blood vampires. She's currently stuck as a human and is trying to lift a Gulan blood curse so that she can change back into a vampire. She seems to hate Ji Bai and wants his personality to be gone forever. She also hates Ji Yue and would've killed her if not for Ji Bai's interferrence.

Sera: Elf who was pretending to be Ke-er. She and her elf friends kidnapped Ke-er in order to manipulate Ji Bai. Bai Ji's willing to cooperate because Sera may help her transform back into a vampire (also, Bai Ji still cares about Ke-er and wants to get her back too).

Ji Yue: Ji Bai's sister (although not by blood as Ji Bai was adopted into her family). She's currently completely controlled by an ancient emporer who's trying to take over the continent and wipe out the blood spirits. It's unknown whether her original personality still exists. She hates Ji Bai, but likes to play with Bai Jin (she sees her old friend Bai Ming in her). Also, Ji Yue is looking for someone to inherit the role of the Saint Lun family, which is why the girl Anna was chosen (presumably, to control the purple sword).

There's the red sword that is racist af and hates all blood spirits. It gets along with humans though.

There's the new purple sword, Yuehuang (see ch 302). Apparently, nobody has been able to control it for quite some time, but it used to be weilded by the Gulan (specifically, by the Saint Lun family).

Lin Tuo: Secretly obeys the Gulan Empire (specifically, Ji Yue). Officially, helps lead the Moon Chivalric Order. Is now Bai Ji's/Ji Bai's enemy.

Ke-er: Loves Ji Bai but doesn't know about Bai Ji. Bai Ji seems fond of Ke-er too and was willing to take the risk to go back to fetch her.

Lin Lasombra: Has a yandere relationship with Ji Bai. She admires and deeply respects Bai Ji. Both Bai Ji and Ji Bai like her as a friend/comrade. She's kind of Bai Ji's cousin.

Chestnut (leader of the Chivalric Order): She's Bai Ji's 'aunt'. She knows the full story about Ji Bai and prefers to interact with him when he's changed into Bai Ji. She'll treat Bai Ji as family, but not Ji Bai. Lin Lasombra is her daughter.

Bai ji and ji bai are the same person. The manga makes it really unclear, but the reason they act differently while transformed is because of (abusive) behavior training from the vampire queen
