like genuinely where the fuck did the giant hydra come from. i feel like id remember the main character being a giant hydra. are we ever going to see the original male body again? has that identity just been lost? i cant tell places apart, i cant get a grasp on the skillset of the main character, or understand literally any of the magic which is happening. it just happens and is flashy but its never really expanded upon. the words "divine" and "god" are used so often that they mean nothing. remember when the main character summoned like, 3 "gods" or something to fight the hat dude? do you even remember the hat dude???? fuck my stupid chungus life.

The giant hydra first appeared on chapter 286 while Bai Ji was fighting the "hat dude". And the other 3 summons she used during that fight, only 1 was a "god mirage" but it isn't that powerful since I think it needs to use her power or something like that? For the original male body (Ji Bai) I don't know since I haven't read the novel, but I remember seeing someone saying that he doesn't appear anymore in the main story, but I'm not sure about that claim. I think he does show up again in one of the extra stories tho. And tbh, yeah, there are many characters that couldn't probably been used in some of the recent scenes but hasn't appeared in a long time that people probably don't even remember them anymore. Some of them might've appeared in the novel but been cut in the manhua but I don't know if they actually did. Some of the ones I remember becuase they're from inda recent arcs: Kalanti (which she appears again in chapter 367, or at least some vampire that does look a lot like her, but doesn't really have any important role anymore I think), Laika, Diling, Andy, Theeta, and the "hat guy" which I think his name was "Goat"? The young girl descendant of the same family as Bai Jin (I think her name was Anna?) that Ji Yue was taking care off, and just kinda disappears too at the start of the Gulan restoration arc thing. There was also a lot of the Moon Chivalric Order members that, although were part of the main group, just kinda disappeared after the first part of the story. I think Huo Lei will appear again, but I'm not sure when. Pian Zi will appear again soon too.

This feels like a manhwa battle version of an American soap opera from the 80s. The plot is just all over the place, with various characters showing up then going away one after another in no predictable way.
