@TranceShoujo Not new characters. These characters were introduced in a section of the story when she watched a play with the prince and then responded to the call at the brothel. Shiu'er, the unconscious on the bed, was the one who jumped out of the building either cause she was raped or preventing herself from being raped.

I do agree with you though this plot line just feels so unneeded at this point but who knows.
