The artwork in this manga is always so nice with just the right amount of detail. I keep thinking to myself these panels must be such a pain in the ass to draw

I'll probably end up reading this all the way to the end because it's already finished but it's making me realize that shoujo/josei manga with male leads that are insufferable assholes on the surface until eventually the persistent female lead breaks through their shell is as tired and overdone of a trope as the shonen rom-com with the "manic pixie dream girl" female leads.
