Surprisingly there's only two throughout the whole series which is the snakes and the blade. The cryptid is just filled with the strongest snakes and the blade.

Yeah, he has his two henchman. But him and organus was a part of the snakes, the people in this photo from chapter 185 are all members of the snakes that are in the cryptid.

But if you ignore the snakes connection, then you can think of them as a separate group.
Organus had a castle with alot of people that are under only him.
Zero from the kiba family is connected to the snakes based on the kiba family members from lee kyungho's dad flashback at the beginning of season 2, but ignoring that, and you can technically say that zero has a group, though it was stated when kyungho was pretending to be zero somewhere around chapter 200-208, that zero only goes by himself.
And Verus has two people under him.
