The artist went wild in this chapter. Also great character interactions and dialogue. The rami personalities are entertaining.

Powers are bounded by some arbitrary radius from tower, yet big bad can somehow reach into deep space to grab asteroids/meteoroids. Suspension of disbelief completely ruined by authors lack of understanding of terrestrial distances versus planetary.
More than that, how can the empire rami use their powers at the castle siege? Page 20 shows it clearly into the papacy range, so are all rami powered by any tower/big tower? (if it is that, why attacking kingdoms in between instead of entering the range with a ship? Chapter 2 shows the papacy has enemy ships literally at their capital walls, so what prevents the empire to transporting the garland ramus the same way into the range?)

Also, he can walk his shots from 800km of distance, but 1150 are suddenly too much? Also, also, next chapter shows a new tower in the French southwest which range cover up to Nice, and Rome is less than 500km from Nice, so definitely in range for an orbital bombardment.
Also, also, also, he walked his shots, so he can definitely use his power multiple times in a row.
Either the pope is really sus (and the twin inflation doesn't help his case) or the author is writing just whatever. I'm guessing both.

Why is this so good 😭.

Also, some comments make good points regarding inconsistencies on the power system (specially the meteor grabbing guy), and although I appreciate people being able to see the good and the bad in a history (it demonstrates that we're actually invested in it), I can't name a single manga where the the power system is flawless or doesn't have some ass-pull to create conflict or move the plot forward.

Personally, the characters, storytelling, and world building, make this more than worth of reading and cutting the author some slack for not creating perfect boundaries to the powers presented.

I think it’s due to the pope's power somehow or another ramus power used in defense.
