Guys, the unrealistic demands thrown at MC in order to get a contract/good job in IS the core of the joke. It's taking jabs at tropes about how hard it is sometimes for woman in Japan to be considered "useful" by making it difficult for her to strike a deal unless she does a lewd.

It's pretty bad. The author should have just made it into hentai.
Even if we ignore the extreme degeneracy, it has no substance without the Extreme Lewdness. You could say its meant to be insulting or that its a metaphor. But if its a metaphor, it's a shitty one. And if it's meant to be insulting, it could have been better at that too.
