Fighter Minus and Sorcerer Minus are canceled by Priest Minus, the Sorcerer Debuff is canceled out by Thief Minus combined with Fighter Minus.

The actual details of the minus aren't relevant since they're all canceled. So they're a 4-man party with a permanent 10% buff to all stats and each are exceptionally strong in their respective roles.

Fighter is a self-proclaimed genius vanguard with more skills than most other fighters.
Priestess is overleveled to hell
Sorcereress mastered 5 elements
Thief has an innate talent for killing monsters
