@Tsudow: I juuuuuuuuuust want to point out the contradiction in your own words: "... he only sleeps for an hour a day." "Hell man, just shut up and use your brain." Just asking, but have you ever known ANYONE to use their head when they're god-awful tired? I haven't. You want him to change? First off, have the author let him sleep like a regular person.

Also, unrelated to that, I'm saying the girl is the traitor but she'll come around. At the risk of having the SJWs on my back, she is a lesbian who was in love with Ai and in a manga setting like this, unless there's another lesbian who reciprocates, they don't tend to stick around. Kid made it too obvious he would be the traitor.
Real talk, though, I say this only because anything I decide on typically has the opposite reaction. Meaning I can't gamble worth a damn. By saying this, I feel almost certain the girl is going to be cleared.

The edgy kid (dunno who his name is) is obviously a red herring, the author makes him unnecessarily evil, it's too obvious.
If it is indeed the tits girl or the edgy boy, then it would be the girl, she is the one who lure the MC to the tunnel in the first place and the kid kind of just followed them
But then the author can just pull a dumb double twist and goes "Well we said it's one of your friends, it doesn't necessarily have to be them" and turns out the manager is the MC's friend from way back that also saw the eye, you know, the tall guy that the MC thinks is not a puppet? (again I just can't remember Asian name)

@TwilightFaze fr, it’s been annoying me that people complain about MC for being useless with that. Like I have CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) and both my brain and body barely function for half a day, not too different to people with chronic insomnia. Not to mention this whole situation has been weird AF, even a well functioning person would struggle to deal with it and adapt.

One of them is a manager, but we are not even sure if all of "them" have been shown/covered up in the CCTV feed. I don't think the author is going to either sacrifice a child genius, or the first busty girl, and will instead save both of them, in several different possible ways.

If the kid were the traitor it would be too obvious. If Yukiko were the traitor her entire approach from the beginning would have been different.

If these guys really knew for sure one of the two were a traitor, that person would already be dead.

The better question is who has the more glorious rack, Yukiko or Hana.

Can't be the kid. He intentionally killed Ai 500+ times for his own purposes. No way would that fly with the 'top brass'.
Doubt its the girl. Her agenda aligns in keeping Ai alive, but wouldn't make sense for her to go out of her way to inform Makoto of the situation he was in.... unless, of course, Makoto's the ACTUAL key and Ai is the red herring and method to hook him into their plots, but there hasn't been any clues that would point to such a conclusion.
However both the whole gun-pointing part and the friend not knowing Yukiko throws both possibilities into the mix. I'm gonna go with @TwilightFaze 's idea that it WAS the girl, but then she doubled back against them for reasons.
