@TitanAnteus I kinda disagree. While our MC did help his friend confess, he also totally ruined it with his own confession once he found out that his friend liked AI the girl he that he perceived to have held unrequited feeling for him.

Sure he saw the good in Ruka, but Ruka turned out to be a Manager and was potentially going to turn in both The MC and Yukiko. Plus he raised an alarm when he spoke to the dude who had confessed to AI. That leads me to believe that he’s only been getting lucky so far since he’s learned about the city. Plus he almost got Yukiko arm cut off which put him on my shit list.

There's a difference between being a kind person and being rolled over.
He's kind but he won't give up on his feelings.

This does not diminish his supportive actions towards his friend in the slightest.

Ok so Ruka was a manager. Imagine if it was only Ruka and Yukiko. You think that situation would go the same? It's not luck if your personality draws people to you. Yukiko can't do what he did.
