Chapter 24 Summaries :
a). Sayo, Isami, and Kanoko found some equipment in a room inside the factory.
b). They were still curious about "Daigiren" and the humanoid executioner.
c). They found some recordings of broken robot dolls while repairing them.
d). In the recording, there was a woman with Usa leaving the factory to go somewhere.
e). The recording had been there since 3 years ago.
f). They were surprised because the operator could operate 3 robot units at once.
g). After repairing the robot doll, they decided to leave it in the factory.
h). After leaving the factory, they were surprised because the humanoid executioner from earlier had disappeared.
i). In a place (probably another city), there were two people (unknown gender yet), shooting several humanoid executioners to purify the area.

I've made an English summary for Chapter 23.
Chapter 25 has been released officially on August 9th 2024 (I still don't get the raw).
