Since Naru used to be Yuki's teacher, and is no longer a teacher, my guess is they got into a relationship, someone found out (probably not Yuki's parents) and Naru lost her teaching job. Then sometime after that, once Naru had a stable job, Yuki came to live with her, because her homelife is awful.
