And is not that there's not development, is just that there's implied development and it's hard to know where in the timeline are them. Like, some chapters make you feel like they are dating at that point.
Kinda like this weird and funny chinese yuri manga in which the author throws the development and pacing all over the place. We have extras where the MCs kiss but in the main story they aren't dating yet. But at least here in
The Dangers In My Heart we know from the beginning that we are gonna read an extra chapter because it's numbered differently.
Also, I appreciate that even tho the timeline of those chapters is unclear. They are situations that could actually happen coming from where we are in the main story line. That's the reason some people think they are actually desilusions or dreams.
