On a re-read I noticed that on page 11 it says

Even though my heart is pounding, she's so at ease.

But on page 11 of Boredom Society's translation:

My heart's been beating so fast, yet I'm at ease.

This chapter was adapted as part of the anime episode 20. The announcement for the episode (extra chapter 139.2) also showed Yamada's underwear with two dots on the front, like page 6 and the extra page 13 of this chapter.
