Rewatching the anime while reading, and good god so much of this whole volume's adaptation has been gold in the anime, and has so much more going for it than the manga. Yeah, this is a great moment, but Kyo has such an epic speech here in the anime compared to what he says here in the manga, just highlighting how much of an impact she has had on his life, from the reclusive boy he was to the one that now has all sorts of his own friends, and has even connected with her friends, to an extent. He seemed to just talk about what he has now in the manga, instead of setting the groundwork with how he started as he did in the anime. He even makes a comment to her about how the world is full of color for him, now. The significance of the little things, not just big things, but everything- happy, sad, embarrassing, surprising... it all has value, and he knows that now.
Also, sorry that I can't find an anime version of Anna's reaction to his confession. But the above gifs will have to do. They're still nice moments, well-animated.
Edit: well, I said screw it and made my own.
