Okay this is actually interesting. A sports manga where the mc doesn't want to be the best. He just want to have fun. But he's actually great at the sports. If this manga kept this theme, it's gonna be a great one. Followed. Thanks for the chapter

The coach realized he had real talent in his team, not bunch of kids having fun but someone that will leave his name behind.
What he did was not ok, at all, but we can understand his motivations, being the teacher of a great athlete is a big achivement too.
Still, gaslighting MC with the other kids talk was wrong, MC not being able to limit himself makes sense too, is just a kid.
