I hope MC also put the bomb the asshole had planned on planting onto the asshole, set to blow up in a SMALLER controlled explosion when he's no where around where only HE is harmed by it! MC has shown he will be ruthless when need be and this is one of those "nothing is gained taking this fool alive" if he was willing to happily kill a bunch of people (I believe the show Blacklist even HAD a villain like that, who used disasters like train wrecks and such that caused MAJOR human casualities just to kill ONE PERSON! The MC handed the guy's info to the authorities in his blacklist and when asked, he made it clear he ain't a saint, but he finds ASSASSINS like that bastard repugnent! You're not an assassin in his book if you have to kill alot of people just to kill one person! Brings too much attention and your no different then a Mass Shooter! The world will run PERFECTLY without "assassins" like that! For his end, Disasters like what that "assassin" caused got authorities MAJORLY involved and the public would outcry to catch a killer like that! Meaning their busting down doors looking for this bastard and that brings BAD attention to information brokers and the underworld! It's like how the Supervillains like the Flash's Rogues in DC are wise enough NEVER to kill Supers, Cops or innocents! Their professional criminals! As they say the cops are doing their job, so they go NON-LETHAL to remove them from the equation. Flash and Kid Flash they aim to take them out the game, not kill or BADLY injure them, just take them out! There's a reason FORMER members like Capt. Boomerang who is an unrepentant Drug Dealer, and Killer who DOES want to kill the Flash and Kid Flash were kicked out! It's that bad behavior and drugs which can bring the operations ALL down, and at best if their caught, they can take a SMALLER sentence from their crimes then the BIGGER one to LIFE they'd get if they didn't follow their rules) I mean to be honest, their Irregulars who really don't care about massacring kids and are 100% psychos! But the difference comes down to if it's USEFUL to keep them alive or not for vital information!
