For people still confused, this is an older strip commemorating the proper serialization (same writer, but different artist) of the web series. Which was already a fair amount of time ago.
Incidentally, the serialization also recently got an anime adaptation announced. Made by the same studio that adapted Futoku no Guild. So we're in for some good shit.

The web series is still ongoing in the original artist's twitter, but there's no real schedule to it and he just uploads new strips whenever he feels like it. He still writes and outlines the scenarios for the serialization, but he lets the other artist do the actual artwork. When it comes to his own artistic output, he's focused on his own current ongoing series: Mechanical Buddy Universe. Which I also highly recommend.

The serialization have only 3 chapter translate but it's seems there will be an official English translation.
And we got an anime adaptation huh? I wonder will the story focused on serialization version or the web version

At least looking at just the JP left behind vs translation on the same page, that's probably MTL'd (for example on page 7 it's missing 'trap' part of the room's plate, and that 'lord of pity' title is most likely just asspulling his actual title)
