I wasted my time reading this.
It has amazing premise, action panel, and art but the story was all over the place and the writing was really rough.
It's almost like a bad fanfiction.
Tokaku and Haru relationship technically nonexistent beyond guardian.
There's barely any notable drama aside the Romeo and Juliet festival one and their story also cut short there despite being the best couple in the story.
Other characters were thrown around because they lost and some forgettable background and motive.
The last assassination is rather awkward as well.
Power this and that but none of it really shown.
All this "Assassin" wannabe but to me it seems they're just a highschool girl who pretended to be one.
Like if you wanted to an assassination with an invitation, then do it without any hesitation, cheat, do whatever it takes to win, have a really good motive to do so, control your emotions, outplay your target in your own stage.
But nah, all I see is a very well expected win, kids throwing tantrum and calling themselves assasin.
I really liked the series. It's a great adaptation, although they changed some things, but the ending is happy in both cases
I really wanted them to show that shot of Tokaku and Haru kissing, but I don't know what's wrong with the studio. I felt like they were trying to delete the yuri.

It's not very complicated but the anime aired while the manga was ongoing so I guess they edit some things if it's not like that then that studio should burn in hell
Don't really know what I've just read tbh. There's somehow 50 chapters, but it literally seems like it could've been 30. The "GL" or "Yuri" is practically non-existent between the Main pairing, the side characters had more romantic scenes/writing than the main pair. Also the ending tells us pretty much nothing, all it tells us is that
They are with each other whilst being grown ups, somehow the anime ending is even more vague.
One more thing. The "fight" scenes, I don't know, just felt off. Like obviously the MC is like this absolutely chad at fighting, and is
part of this well known assassin family.
but the fighting scenes/the scenes prior to when they fought just felt doomed before it happened.
I didn't once think that the MC would lose any fight, and that anyone in this story would die, their backstories, and just the plot of the story just made me judge it like that. This whole "I can't die" situation from the beginning, was probably the cause of that. Like the ending, where the MC was about to shoot herself, like yes I knew it was the end, and if something did happen like if she killed her self it would be the best place to put it. But, I still didn't think they would die, same goes for Haru who was shot. That kinda ruined it for me.
The art, and my boredom kinda carried this for me. Was hoping for this massive twist when a certain Queen bee was brought up at the end, but no. It was like the classic boring story, and ending. I mean it's not so bad that you shouldn't read it though. Just the pacing was ass, you'd get a fight scene, then some talking between into someone planning, then the MC just being an MC and overcoming that plan flawlessly. I am being a little bit too critical tbh, this way of telling a story, or how the story is written isn't for me. Anyways, read it if you want some "mystery" I mean I found out everything pretty early on. There is some questions Idk like who tf is Kaiba, I did skim some chapters cause it got boring, so I might of missed something if it said something about them. Actually one last thing truthfully. The GL between the MC and Haru just feels forced. I don't really know why I feel like it is, but I think it is. It might be because it just feels like Azuma is Haru's body guard the whole time, and nothing romantically happens between them. (ending spoilers) -> except for the ending where even then it just feels like they just friends, and Azuma is Haru's Body guard.
